Les Carter
Managing Director
Les began his career in estate agency back in 1998 and has worked through the ranks starting as an office junior/trainee negotiator moving up to a valuer and then a Senior Branch Manager and an Area Partner for one of the UK'S most successful estate agency chains. In 2021 Les took the decision to launch the business and is loving every moment of fulfilling his life long dream to provide his clients with an incredible and fair estate agency experience. Outside of work Les is a devoted husband and father to two amazing children and along with his Wife Natalie provides foster care for numerous vulnerable children who need a home, love and care during a very difficult stage in their lives.

Will Nash
Senior Mortgage Broker
Will is widely considered to be one of the UK's leading independent mortgage brokers who has gained more than 15 years experience in the mortgage broking sector and his attention to detail along with his unrivalled work ethic and customer care is what sets him apart from many other brokers, Will has won countless awards and trophies during his career and we are very fortunate to be able to work with him offering our clients the best possible mortgage advice, outside of work Will is very much a family man and is a loving husband and father to two wonderful children.

Allison Fenton
Sales Progressor/PA
Allison started her journey into the property industry back in 2002 after completing a 3 year secretaries diploma course, her first position was as a legal secretary in the conveyancing sector a role which gave her an excellent insight into the way property sales were handled once they had been agreed, from there Allison took a role as an estate agency administrator and spent 14 years working for one of the Uk's largest independent agencies, it was here that she first met Les Carter back in 2010 and after working with him for many years was delighted to be reunited with her old manager once again here at Carter Remy. Outside of work Allison is a devoted mother to her three sons and amongst her many hobbies Allison has a real talent for making top class cheesecakes.

Emily Richardson
Associate Lettings Director
Emily joined our team in early 2023 and has set up our lettings department which now enables us to offer a fully comprehensive lettings service to our clients which works hand in hand with our current sales offering. Joining the company with over 10 years lettings experience Emily brings with her a wealth of industry knowledge and is highly driven and passionate to ensure that her landlords and tenants receive a high level personal service at all times. James Filtness
Director covering Thurrock & East London
James has a passion for all things property and joined Carter Remy as a director in 2023 following an impressive 20 year career managing some of the UK's leading corporate estate agencies where he has built a reputation of providing a high class service to his clients, James is responsible for helping the company grow whilst also listing and selling homes throughout the A13 corridor from Thurrock leading into East London so if you have a property to sell in these areas then James really should be your first point of call. When he is outside of work James is a family man and devoted father who enjoys keeping fit and spending quality time with his partner & children.

My commitment is to always use clear communication, strategic premium marketing and skilful negotiation which ensures that every homeowner I work with receives the best service possible. During my time away from helping clients sell their home's I spend most of my spare time with my children, partner and family. We love being in the great outdoors and in the heart of nature. I also like to climb the odd mountain from time to time.

I am a dynamic estate agent who has in excess of 5 years industry experience behind me having worked for several large national agencies working my way up the career ladder. I am passionate and energetic and like to work with a select number of clients each month to ensure that they all receive a tailored and personal service from me unlike what they would experience from most high street agents. I am a family man and have a wife and daughter who I love spending my spare time with alongside one of my main passions keeping fit.
